At Karmic Kocoa, we ensure our chocolates leave in perfect condition, but due to their perishable nature, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for damages caused by weather delays, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser. Failure to pick up an order does not qualify for a return of refund.
