Arrange for Pick-Up

To arrange for a pick-up, please select the Pick-Up option during checkout. You'll be able to choose a preferred date for your pickup, with new dates added daily.

How Do I Store My Bonbons

To store your bonbons, keep them at room temperature (18–20°C) and enjoy within 2 weeks. For longer storage, refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 2 months. For optimal storage, keep your bonbons in a wine fridge. Before eating, let them return to room temperature for the best experience. Avoid storing chocolate bars in the fridge, as it can affect their quality.

Do We Offer Refunds or Returns?

At Karmic Kocoa, we take great care to ensure our products are in perfect condition when they leave us. However, due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

We cannot be held responsible for stolen items, weather-related spoilage, carrier delays or mechanical failures, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

For pickup orders, failure to collect your order does not qualify for a return or refund.
